Amélie opens the doors of her duplex Holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people on Lake Paladru. Well-situated for vacations or business trips in the Voironnais region. Equestrian facilities (tack room & 1,500m² paddock available).

Attractive air-conditioned duplex Holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people, close to the beaches of Lake Paladru, the nearby fishing pond and the hills of the Pays Voironnais. A great address for vacations or a few days' business.
In summer: enjoy idleness on the beaches around the Lake: Swimming, picnics with family or friends, water sports, fishing, walks, mountain bike rides or horse-drawn carriage rides... Don't leave without visiting our magnificent archaeological museum, the Chartreuse cellars in Voiron, the Mainssieux Museum or the Grange Dîmière.

First floor: spacious living room/kitchen with sitting area. Kitchenette with oven, hood, induction hob and dishwasher. Sitting area opening onto main terrace with picnic table. WIFI (Fiber), air-conditioning (reversible heat pump), enclosed grounds, parking. Bathroom-wc (70x100 shower), Housekeeping included, baby bed available.
Second terrace at the rear with gas plancha, overlooking the meadow for the pleasure of riders.

Upstairs, large 29m² mezzanine (7m² living space) with 1 x 160x200 bed + 2 x 90x200 trundle beds. Large curtains separate the room if required.
Amélie knows the surrounding trails well, and can advise you on where to stop, and suggest you book meals or a takeaway breakfast at the nearby Restaurant.
E.V. recharging via reinforced socket available on request (flat rate according to vehicle type).

We also welcome horse riders. The tack room and paddock are located just below the Holiday cottage (automatic drinking trough under shelter). Grass at will, shelter in the meadow, hay and supplements. The water point is under the shelter.
The Holiday cottage is attached to Amélie and her family's house.
