Nicole welcomes you to Chozeau, a small country village located between Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble. The Balcons du Dauphiné boasts a number of remarkable attractions: a wide range of outdoor activities, a rich cultural program, emblematic sites and major cycling routes such as the ViaRhôna, which criss-crosses our region.
Just 5 km away, discover Crémieu, a small medieval town with a rich architectural heritage (ramparts and fortified gates, 15th-century halles dating back to the 12th century). La Balme caves, Bugey vineyards, the Larina archaeological site, the medieval village of Pérouges, you can also take advantage of your stay to discover Lyon, the capital of the Gauls, or Lake Paladru and its archaeological museum. The house has 2 bedrooms on one level for 2 people (private shower room and toilet), opening onto the garden and covered terrace. Reversible air-conditioning, kitchen/living room available on garden level. Beautiful garden with trees and flowers, covered terrace with garden furniture, parking, bicycle storage. Each bedroom is accessible on the same level and has its own independent kitchen.

Nur eine Nacht und wie ein kleiner Urlaub

Wir haben nur eine Nacht bei Nicole und Hervé verbracht, aber das hat sich schon wie ein kleiner Urlaub angefühlt. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten beide Zimmer, die mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet waren, super sauber, modern. Betten und Matratzen sowie auch die Badezimmer top. Wir haben die Küche genutzt für unser kleines Abendessen. Der überdachte Sitzplatz ist herrlich luftig und der Garten wunderschön. Nicole und Hervé haben uns dort zu einem kleinen Apero mit Wein, Käse und Wurst eingeladen und wir haben uns bestens unterhalten. Überhaupt waren die beiden so nett, auch über unseren Besuch hinaus, weil mein Mann sein Portemonnaie mit allen Papieren dort liegen lassen hat und Nicole und diese per Express an zu unserer nächsten Urlaubsadresse nachgeschickt hat. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal Nicole! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen, dann für mehrere Tage, um die Gegend dort zu erkunden mit Lyon, Cremieu und dem Dauphiné.

Very recommendable

The room and kitchen-diner are new, clean and very nicely decorated. We were happy to be able to use the nice kitchen, there were no other guests at the time. The kitchen-diner is spacious, the room not so much. We could make use, though, of a dedicated terrace in the marvelous garden, to sit and enjoy the view. Owner was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, including home made jams and bread from a local artisanal bakery. The owner had much attention for our dietary preferences. We made a beautiful walk through the forests and fields in the area and we visited the medieval villages nearby.
