Electric heating & wood heating, washing machine, Tv, dvd, microwave/combi grill, dishwasher. Fridge-freezer, extractor hood, 3 gas hobs & 1 electric, Nespresso filter & pod coffee makers, toaster, electric kettle, fondue and raclette appliances.

Cellar, garage. Enclosed summer garden with garden furniture and barbecue, non-adjoining terrace (path to cross). Possibility of reductions depending on number of guests in low season. Mountain-biking and hiking trails from Holiday cottage, private parking for 3 cars.

4-season toboggan track at the entrance to the village (Speed Luge Vercors), Tumbling and accrobranches.
