Access by outside staircase - ground floor: living room/kitchen with sleeping facilities (2 double sofa beds), shower room/wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, 1 crib. Bedroom 2: 3 single beds. Shower room, wc. Central heating for the whole building, large terrace, garden furniture and barbecue in summer - washing machine. Ski room. Environmentally-friendly, renewable energies for central heating (pellet-fired boiler) and DHW (solar collectors). We also encourage selective waste sorting and have a composter for fermentable waste.
