In the heart of the Chartreuse Massif, in an unspoilt, peaceful setting overlooking forests & mountains, gîte adjoining the owners' home, with separate entrance, private covered parking, arranged over 2 levels.
1st floor: heated entrance hall with coat hooks and bench.
On 2nd floor, living room with equipped kitchen and access to east-facing terrace, shower room, toilet, bedroom 1 (2 single beds), bedroom 2 (double bed). Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, 3 induction hobs, electric oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. Connected TV: come with your login details and you can connect to your netflix, amazon prime... account. Wifi. Washing machine.
The gîte has a wood-fired boiler for heating and hot water.
In summer, solar panels will heat your water!
A wide range of activities await you, including mountain biking, hiking and snowshoeing, all departing from the gîte. Discover the Grande Chartreuse monastery and its museum, downhill skiing at Le Planolet 5km away, municipal swimming pool, Arcabas museum at St Hugues. All shops in the village (restaurants, bakery, pastry shop, delicatessen, butcher, tobacconist, post office, cash dispenser...), come and relax at the Oréade fitness center. Numerous trail routes in Chartreuse. Come and test your Raidlight equipment.

Excellent gîte for a winter holiday
5/5Spent two warm and cosy weeks over the Xmas break - 1.5m of snow outside and temperatures down to -7°C. We spent our time hiking with snowshoes. Local shops have everything. Owners are charming.
