Chalet with 5 bedrooms for 10 people (private shower & wc for each bedroom). Located in the village of Huez: in the heart of a small traditional Oisans village, 4 km from Alpe d'Huez, linked to the ALPE D'HUEZ resort by a gondola at just 240m. Extraordinary mountain views & beautiful 70m² terrace.

Cosy atmosphere with noble materials. 1st floor: Living room (flat-screen TV, bedroom 1 (1 double bed, private shower room/toilet), 2nd floor: living room/kitchen (fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, freezer, etc.), access to terrace with garden furniture, lounge and barbecue. 3rd floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, each with private shower room and toilet. Central heating. Four of our rooms can be prepared with 2 separate beds instead of one double bed). Several parking lots close to the Gîte.

This "NON FUMEUR" accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends, summer or winter, close to a major ski resort with numerous activities, Brandes archaeological site... Deposit: €3,000 to be handed over to the owner on arrival. The cleaning included does not include the cleaning of the kitchen and everything connected with it (machines, utensils, tables, floor...). Gîte adjoins Gîte 191104. English spoken.
