We welcome you to the Grésivaudan valley, at the foot of the Chartreuse Natural Park. Quiet residential neighborhood, 10 km from Grenoble and Crolles.
Numerous outdoor activities in all seasons, including Ski, Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, caving, via ferratta....

Grenoble Bastille cable car, Museums, theater, escape game, restaurants...

Ground floor: living room/kitchen (induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine...) sitting area, TV and Wi-Fi. Courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Upstairs: 8m² bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), Telework area, extra bed (Cot 80x190 cm), shower room-wc with washing machine ... One couple and one Kids possible.

Underfloor heating on first floor, radiators upstairs.

Extra capacity for 1 or 2 people on request (Bunk beds in the mountain area upstairs).

Enclosed, secure parking on the property, shared with the owners who live in the house opposite the Holiday cottage.
