Holiday cottage du Berlin sleeps 4, set on the slopes of the Val de Virieu, with panoramic views of the Alps (Massifs de Chartreuse, Belledonne & Mont Blanc) and the Bourbre valley.
Ground floor: living room/kitchen with pellet stove, additional sofa bed in living room for possible extra capacity, living room with TV & gaming table (table soccer, billiards), shower room-wc & washing machine.
Upstairs Ch.1 (1 bed 2 pers.), Ch.2 (2 beds 1 pers.), Kids' room 6m² (1 bed 90x190), Electric heating & pellet stove, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer, hood, microwave).
Small enclosed private garden, parking and courtyard.
Sylvie and Antoine will introduce your Kids to their barnyard (rabbits & chickens), and you'll see the neighbor's heifers below. Bed linen included. Wifi access. Holiday cottage adjoining outbuildings.

Nous avons été ravis de vous retrouver dans notre gîte.
Vos conditions d'hébergement n'étaient pas les mêmes cette année puisque nous avons accepté une sur capacité du logement, ce qui a pu se ressentir effectivement au niveau de votre confort global durant votre séjour.
