Group holiday cottages located in the Belledonne massif at 1070m altitude in the Haut Bréda valley. Accommodates 48 people in 11 rooms or dormitories, half-board available, self-catering during certain periods.

Nestled between the mountains of Belledonne, the Holiday cottage de la Martinette opens its doors to you for a convivial moment. It's the ideal base camp for wild and beautiful Hiking and other activities in all seasons. We welcome you for a stay, an event, a stopover or a meal. Dormitories and self-catering holiday cottages available on request.
Our Holiday cottage has 11 rooms or dormitories with private or shared sanitary facilities. We can accommodate up to 48 people.
Haut-Bréda is a beautiful, unspoilt valley, an ideal destination for lovers of Hiking, Ski, heritage and wilderness. Hiking GR738 - La Traversée de Belledonne Aiguebelle to Vizille, offering high mountain scenery and altitude lakes. Cascade du Pissou, Col du Morétan & Col de la Vache: Hiking for lovers of panoramic views and wilderness itineraries.
Alpine skiing at Les Sept Laux - Le Pleynet (10 minutes): Dynamic resort with a varied ski area. Ski touring & snowshoeing & Culture Écomusée des Forges & Moulins

Ground floor: 40m² dining room, kitchen, wc, terrace.
In the beautiful annex building on 1st floor: bright 65m² room for meetings, events and yoga classes.
On the 1st floor of the main building: 4 bedrooms for 2 to 4 people with private shower rooms, shared wc on the landing or private depending on the room.
2nd floor: 5 rooms or dormitories for 2 to 6 people, including 3 rooms with private shower rooms and 2 rooms with 1 shower room and 2 shared toilets.
3rd floor: 2 showers and 1 toilet on the landing, 1 dormitory for 12 people (Bunk beds), 1 bedroom for 4 people.
Wood heating with pellets or heat pump. Extra charge for rental of sheets and towels. Possibility of self-catering for certain periods, please consult us.
