In a small mid-mountain village, beautiful traditional stone building, entirely restored by us. Holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people, on request.
The Haut Bréda valley offers a wide range of open-air activities in all seasons: Hiking trails and guarded refuges, a rich heritage including a small museum of forges and mills, at Le Pleynet: 4-season sledging, snowshoeing, cani-hiking, dog sledding, Alpine skiing at the 7 Laux ski resort (20 minutes from Le Pleynet) and at Le Collet d'Allevard (25 minutes), air-boarding, paragliding, rock-climbing...
In Allevard-les-bains 10 minutes from the Gite: Thermal baths and Spa, swimming pool, casino, shops, summer concerts, night markets, lazing around or swimming (unsupervised) at Lake de la Mirande...

First floor: living room and sitting area (TV and Wifi, Bluetooth speaker & radio), fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, freezer, raclette and fondue machine. Laundry room with washing machine/dryer, wc.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (2 x 90x200 beds), Bedroom 2 (1 x 160x200 bed), shower room-wc. In the mezzanine on the landing of the bedrooms, a mountain area with 2 free extra beds for Kids (bunk beds).
Overcapacity for 2 adults possible at -50% of the cost of the overcapacity for the price of the stay.
Electric heating and wood pellet stove, Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Large private terrace with garden furniture, small bowling green at the rear of the Holiday cottage.
