La Grange d'Emma opens its doors to you. This spacious, light-filled character house is nestled at an altitude of 900m in a large wooded park with a breathtaking view of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park.
You'll love the flamboyant sunsets from the sheltered terrace or fireside, and the large living spaces - the Countryside on your doorstep.

The small village of Les Adrets is full of charm, with a small shop La marmite des Adrets (grocery store, café, restaurant) 2 km away. The picturesque route du Balcon de Belledonne (Belledonne Balcony Road) runs through the small villages typical of the massif.
Just 7 km from the 7 Laux ski resorts, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities all year round, including: Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, ski touring, mountain biking (including 6 downhill trails), tennis, archery, hiking, accrobranches, swimming (....).
In the valley you'll find Cinemas, Museums, Castles, Go-karting, Nautical Bases: la Terrasse, le Bois Français ....

A pretty 90m² Holiday cottage for 4 and up to 6 people: garden-level living room-kitchen, wc. Fully equipped kitchen Microwave, oven, hood, fridge, dishwasher...

On 1/2 level, living room with sofa bed, fireplace and TV. Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom-wc.
On second level, Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200 cm, double bed 180x200 cm) with washbasin. Bed linen included, towels optional.

Basement laundry room with washing machine-dryer and fridge-freezer.
