Magali and Anthony open the doors to La Fenière. A spacious, comfortable character gîte for a family of 4 at 900m altitude in the Belledonne massif.

Attractive, renovated Holiday cottage in an old stone barn at 900m altitude. Views of the high peaks of the Belledonne massif and the Chartreuse and Vercors natural parks.
The small village of Les Adrets is full of charm, with a small shop (grocery, café, restaurant).
The picturesque route du Balcon de Belledonne (Belledonne Balcony Road) runs through the small villages typical of the massif. Ideally located near the Col des Ayes and less than 10 minutes from the "Prapoutel - Les 7 Laux" ski resort. Numerous activities available nearby, including :
- Winter: Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing, Hiking, snowshoeing...
- Summer: accrobranche, downhill mountain biking, aquatic center at Les 7 Laux, Tennis, archery, Hiking, paragliding, etc...

On the first level, you'll find a large living room with 102 cm LED screen & DVD player, wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, washing machine), a shower room with shower & toilet, and a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm (with storage).

Upstairs, a landing with office area and extra bed for 1 (extra charge), and a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm (with storage).

Small sheltered terrace facing south-east. Electric underfloor heating on first floor, electric radiators upstairs. Holiday cottage adjoining owners' dwelling, shared parking.
