This old farmhouse, completely restored in 2024, with its spindles, traditional tiled roof and magnificent vaulted rooms, is just 5km from Mens.

This 120m² Holiday cottage is fitted out on one level for 6/7 people, combining character and modern comfort. Close to the Holiday cottage, you'll find the start of numerous Hiking, mountain biking, trail and horse riding trails that will take you to the highest peaks of the Vercors and Dévoluy.

In the village of Mens, very popular with tourists in summer, you'll find shops, markets, restaurants, a swimming pool, a museum, a tennis court, a multi-sports field and the Terre Vivante ecological center.
For the more sporty, the accrobranche course is 25km away, the Himalayan footbridges at Lake Monteynard 15km, and the lakes and water sports 28km away.
The Courtet hang-gliding site is 4km away. You can also take advantage of the little train at La Mure and the Image Mine Museum.
In winter, you can ski in the Vercors or Dévoluy mountain ranges.

The Holiday cottage comprises: large vaulted living room with TV. Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, filter and Senseo coffee makers, teapot, kettle and toaster.
