Perfectly suited to a stay for 2 or 3 families or several generations, the house has been completely renovated in keeping with the original materials.
Just 150m from the via Vercors, ideal for safe walks or bike rides, it enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains on the plateau and is surrounded by greenery.
All equipment is new and top-of-the-range.

Equipped for 10 to 12 people, the ground floor comprises:

- Dining room with fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, food processor, Nespresso)
- A living room with TV and wood-burning stove.
- One bedroom with 160cm bed, open-plan shower room, separate private WC.
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC.

Second floor:

- Three bedrooms with two 80*200 beds that can be combined, with mattress topper, into one 160*200 bed.
- One bedroom with two 80*200 beds that can be combined to form a 160*200 bed and a 90*190 trundle bed.
- Two bathrooms with shower and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Outside :

- A private, fenced, south-west-facing garden is at your disposal with all outdoor equipment (garden tables, chairs, charcoal barbecue).

- Private parking for 3 to 4 cars is behind the house, out of sight. The parking lot is equipped with a recharging point for electric vehicles (kw charged extra).

The house is totally private (no space is shared) and non-smoking. Parties are not permitted.

4 Alpine skiing and Nordic resorts (Lans en Vercors, Villard-de-Lans, Autrans and Méaudre) are 15-20 minutes away by car.

End-of-stay cleaning, utilities and taxes are included in the rental price. Only household linen is extra if you wish us to provide it.
