The Malissard holiday cottage is located in the small hamlet of St. Philibert. It is housed in a lovely house with a garden, in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park.
You can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, including eco-friendly swimming at Rivièr’Alp in Les Echelles, tree-top adventure courses in Le Sappey or St. Pierre d’Entremont, and the St. Christophe Caves. In the village: shops and restaurants; in St. Pierre de Chartreuse: summer pool, Wellbeing center, trail running, and bike park. Alpine skiing: Planolet ski area; cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Marked trails, mountain biking, via ferrata, caving, and paragliding introductory flights.

On the 1st floor: living room with kitchen and sitting area, balcony, Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), shower room, toilet.
On the 2nd floor: Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200, 1 bed 90x190). Electric heating, washing machine, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, bed linens available for rent. Shared garden with the Roche Veyrand holiday cottage: gazebo, garden furniture (armchairs).
The house includes the owner’s design office on the ground floor and is attached to Holiday cottage 446201 (private access via an exterior staircase).
