In summer, small lake with beach and mountain bike trails.

Ground floor: living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen, direct access to terrace, laundry room, wc.
Large enclosed area with sauna and ski/bike/shoe storage.

On 1st floor, bathroom, shower room-wc, shower room, Bedroom 1 (bed 160x200 & 2 single Bunk beds), Bedroom 2 (bed 160x200), Bedroom 3 (bed 160x200 & single bed),
& relaxation net suspended over the living room!

2nd floor: mezzanine with double bed (140x200) (access via ladder - not recommended for children under 10).

Pellet & electric stove heating, wifi box, hifi, electric l- & s-linge, fondue machine, grill, raclette machine, electric oven, microwave, 5 gas hobs and extractor hood, Nespresso, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, food processor. Sauna on ground floor for 4 people. 4 sauna towels included, 2 seat mats and 1 floor mat. Ideal for Hiking, relaxing, walking and outdoor activities. Bed linen included.
