In the heart of the Vercors Natural Park, perfectly suited to a 1 or 2 family stay, the house was renovated in 2022.
Just 150m from the via Vercors, ideal for safe walks or bike rides, it's halfway between Lans en Vercors and Villard de Lans, enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains on the plateau, and is surrounded by greenery.
Equipped for 8 people and one or two babies, the house comprises on the ground floor:
- a living room with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave)
- Bedroom with 160cm bed
- Bathroom with bath and washing machine
- Separate WC.
Second floor:
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed
- A family room with three 80*190cm beds and two "Cabin" bunk beds (lower 90*190cm bed, upper 90*160cm bed).
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside:
- A private, unfenced, south-east-facing garden is at your disposal, with all outdoor equipment (garden tables, chairs, charcoal barbecue).
- Private parking for 2 to 3 cars.
The house is totally private (no space is shared) and non-smoking. Parties are not permitted.
4 Alpine skiing and Nordic resorts (Lans en Vercors, Villard-de-Lans, Autrans and Méaudre) are 15-20 minutes away by car.
End-of-stay cleaning, utilities and taxes are included in the rental price. Only household linen is extra if you wish us to provide it.
