Completely renovated in 2022 using top-of-the-range materials, this house occupies the west gable of a large traditional Vercors farmhouse. Located in the hamlet of Le Cotel at the entrance to Méaudre, the house is quiet and surrounded by greenery.
It features :

- a large open-plan living area on the ground floor opening onto a large wooden terrace. Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen, large TV, books, board games and cast-iron wood-burning stove.
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and en-suite shower room.
- 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms on the second floor (2 bedrooms with 90 x 200cm beds; 1 bedroom with 160 x 200cm bed).
- 2 separate toilets and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- parking for 3 cars and a small unfenced garden.

Charges, tourist taxes and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price. We always supply bath mats and kitchen towels, and can provide optional household linen.
We have a brand-new Umbrella bed with mattress, a high chair and a plastic bathtub for babies.
Méaudre has excellent local shops (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, mini-market) and restaurants to suit all budgets, as well as a doctor's surgery. There's a pharmacy in Autrans, 4 km away.

The start of the Cross-country skiing runs is within walking distance (subject to snow conditions).
The Méaudre Alpine skiing slopes are a 5-minute drive away.
The Méaudre swimming pool and playground are a 5-minute walk away.
There are plenty of opportunities for Hiking or cycling from the house.
On hot days, you can enjoy the cool waters of the Gorges du Méaudret, a 5-minute drive away.
There's a Golf course in Corrençon en Vercors, a Casino and an aquatic center in Villard de Lans.
