Completely renovated in 2024 on two levels with elevator, the first floor features a kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, 2 fridges/freezers, coffeemakers, electric kettles, 4-burner induction hob, large living room convertible into a relaxation room for yoga classes, 3 toilets with washbasins.
1 PMR bedroom: double bed and 2 bunk beds, with PMR shower room-wc. 1st floor: laundry room with washing machine and electric dryer, mezzanine lounge, 10 bedrooms for 2 and 4 people with private shower room and wc. Ch.2 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 for 2 people (double beds) Ch.3 for 8 people (8 single beds) All rooms are accessible with a personal badge, guaranteeing the security of your personal belongings. WiFi. Caretaker lives on site in a separate building. Vast private grounds with parking for 8 cars, additional spaces in the outdoor parking lot. Heat pump heating with reversible air-conditioning. Ping-pong table. As the Holiday cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, with close neighbors, festive gatherings are not permitted, in order to preserve the tranquility of the premises. People from outside the Holiday cottage are not accepted on the Serverin premises. Only stays of up to 28 people are accepted. The Holiday cottage is ideal for sports clubs and associations, or for business stays. A deposit of 600€ must be paid to the booking office before your stay. The Holiday cottage must be left clean and an internal regulation must be signed on arrival.
