Detached Holiday cottage overlooking the forests and mountains of the Belledonne massif, on 3 levels, adjoining the owners' house.
Ground-floor access. Living room with sofa bed (BZ), dining room with kitchen area, WC, inside access via staircase from living room to garage for skis, bikes & access to garden.
1st floor: Bedroom 1 (2 single Bunk beds & 1 single bed), Ch.2 (1 double bed), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, CD player, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. Raclette, toaster, electric kettle & filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, 4 induction hobs and extractor hood.
Access to garden via storage and games room (ping pong table or via staircase from living room), enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking.
Numerous activities: Hiking, Belledonne trail station, climbing wall 3 km away, downhill mountain biking at Les 7 Laux, 4-SEASON SLEDGING at Le Pleynet, Fishing, horseback riding, spa treatments at ALLEVARD. Ski resort of 7 LAUX: access to PLEYNET sector, shuttle bus stop near the Holiday cottage during school vacations. Overcapacity for 1 person on request.

Propriétaire accueillante et chaleureuse que nous tenons à remercier ici notamment pour l'acceptation des animaux trop souvent encore refusés. Le gîte est par ailleurs très agréable, lumineux et confortable. Nous sommes de ce fait entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette charmante vallée.
