Holiday cottage des Ayes is on the first floor of a beautiful traditional building, entirely restored by us.
Theys is a small, dynamic mid-mountain village, nestled at an altitude of 600m in the heart of the Belledonne Massif, opposite the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park.
The Prapoutel les 7 Laux Alpine skiing and Nordic resort, and the Barioz cross-country skiing area are 10km away.
Hiking trails are within walking distance of the Holiday cottage. A landscaped enclosed courtyard with parking, arbour, garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal.
Kitchen-living room and sitting area opening onto the terrace. Fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher...), Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200), shower room-wc, Bedroom 2 (master suite 1 bed 160x200, private shower room), wc, Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200). Wood heating, washing machine....
The 7 Laux resort offers all winter and summer activities, summer swimming pool, entertainment, AirBoard tobogganing, aerial sports: paragliding and autogyro, Spa and Wellbeing: treatments, Jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam...

Matt & Sev Très bon séjour
Nous avons loué le logement pour 5 jours avec des amis et nous avons passé de supers moments. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé. La décoration est simple et sobre, parfaite pour se sentir rapidement chez soi.
Le propriétaire est très gentil et accommodant.

Séverine Vacances d'été à Theys, un gîte parfait.
Un gîte tout récent, très beau, très agréable et vraiment bien équipé. Situé au centre du bourg où on trouve tout pour bien vivre.
