Characteristic Holiday cottage on 3 levels, adjoining the owners' house with private south-facing terrace, enclosed parking, grounds & shared heated swimming pool (from May to October, weather permitting, dimensions: 3.5 x 10 meters, 1.5 m deep, with 2 beaches 50cm and 1m deep), in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation, outdoor activities and Telework.
Pétanque court, badminton, ping pong table.
First floor: living-dining room with wood-burning stove and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto covered terrace with pergola.
Bathroom-wc, electric washer/dryer.
On 1st floor, bedroom 1 Arcachon (bed 160x200 cm) & mezzanine 2 single trundle beds 90x190 cm), dressing room, bathroom, separate wc.
On 2nd floor, bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200 cm), velux window, manga bookcase and vintage Nintendo console.
Reversible air-conditioning and wood-burning stove. Holiday cottage fully equipped with extractor hood, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, traditional filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, microwave. Video projector in living room.
Quick access to the Bièvre axis, with links to the freeway and Grenoble St Geoirs airport. See the Berlioz Festival at La Côte St André, Circuit du Laquais. From the Holiday cottage, bike / Mountain bike trails, 8-hole Golf de Faramans, Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle 100m away, cycling trails in La Côte St André. Local heritage, farm produce

Marie mi Retrouvailles en famille avec bébé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte de Noël et Françoise qui ont été aux petits soins tout en étant discrets. Le logement est très bien équipé et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre petit fils qui a pu découvrir les joies de la piscine, les poules et les fraises que Françoise est allé cueillir spécialement pour lui. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci encore pour votre accueil

Nathalie Un séjour formidable
Nous avons adoré séjourner dans le gîte de Pollardière et avons été très touchés par la gentillesse et le sens de l'accueil de Françoise et Noël. Le logement est très confortable et bien équipé (avec mention spéciale au poêle à bois et au vidéo projecteur grâce auxquels nous avons passé de belles soirées cinéma au coin du feu). Une grosse pensée pour l'adorable Joséphine, le chat de Françoise et Noël, qui nous a tenu compagnie en leur absence :-)

B Beautiful house and lovely hosts
The house was perfect for our family, the garden was so child friendly but also with spots for adults to relax, in a hammock or outdoor sofa. The pool was warm and clean.
The house itself was spotless and the kitchen had every convenience. It is situated in a quiet village, half an hour from Grenoble and mountain walks.
Our hosts were so friendly and thoughtful. We would love to stay again.- Cleanliness
