Our gite is located in the heart of the Vercors Natural Park and at the gateway to the Hauts Plateaux National Nature Reserve, at an altitude of 1220m, in an exceptional natural environment conducive to relaxation and outdoor activities. It is housed in a traditional Vercors farmhouse, facing south-west and enjoying plenty of sunshine. It's a starting point for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking. It's an inviting place for sports enthusiasts, contemplative types, families and children to play freely. Outdoor campfires are available, as well as cabin building in our forest... Régis, a prehistorian, will advise you on the environment and the archaeological, geological and natural heritage. The gite adjoins the owners' home. A shared entrance gives access to a half-storey which opens onto the accommodation. Skis, sledges, snowshoes, mountain bikes etc. can be stored here, and wet clothes can be dried in the laundry room. As you enter the brightly-lit gite, you'll find the toilet, bathroom and kitchnette on the right. The living room opens onto a sunset-facing balcony. Here you'll find a table, chairs, an antique sideboard containing crockery and a 2-seater convertible sofa (160 x 200). A staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom with three single beds.
