30m2 single-storey gîte on the first floor of a large luxury chalet which also includes the owners' accommodation (upstairs) and another gîte at the front of the chalet, each with its own independent entrance. Independent entrance via sliding glass door: - Living room: sitting area with rapido sofa bed (comfortable 140x190cm extra bed), TV, fitted kitchen, dining area with table/bar. - Shower room with Italian shower and toilet.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. - Bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm) Access to the bedroom is from the bathroom. In front of the Holiday cottage: small independent private chalet (Savoyard mazot), with bench, desk and terrace area (deckchairs). Everything is included: bed linen (beds made up), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Electric heating on the floor. Wifi Internet access. Private garden area in front of the gîte with furniture, parasol and electric plancha. Shared ski or bike room. Maximum gîte capacity: 3 people. Access to Rochebrune ski slopes 200m away in winter.
