Comfort, space, and tranquility define this 110-square-meter single-story holiday cottage, located on the ground floor of a beautiful Chalet in the hills above Megève.
The chalet is located 800 meters from the center of Megève and 200 meters from the Rochebrune ski slopes.
It includes the owners’ living quarters (upstairs) as well as another small holiday cottage located at the rear of the chalet.
Each has its own separate entrance.

The unit is L-shaped and is laid out as follows:
- Open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (dining area, fireplace, bench)
- Separate living room (sofa, TV)
- 3 adjoining bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed, 160x200 cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed, 180x200 cm, TV, sofa), bedroom 3 (2 beds, 80x200 cm, which can be joined together)
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessible via Bedroom 1, but Bedroom 2 also has the option of separate exterior access (from the terrace).
Bedroom 3 can only be accessed from Bedroom 2.

Everything is included: bed linens (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.

Access to the Rochebrune ski slopes 200m away in winter. Cable car 500m away.
Megève city center and shops 800m away (15 to 20 minutes on foot, or 2 minutes by car).
Sports center 1.5 km away: swimming pool, Ice rink, Tennis courts, Wellbeing area...
Summer swimming at the Praz-Sur-Arly Lake 5 km away (+ adventure park). Combloux Biotope Lake 7 km away.
