Comfort, space and tranquility characterize this 110m2 single-storey holiday cottage on the first floor of a beautiful chalet on the heights of Megeve. The chalet is 800m from the center of Megeve, and 200m from the Rochebrune ski slopes. It comprises the owners' accommodation (upstairs), plus another small cottage at the rear of the chalet, each with its own independent entrance.

The accommodation is arranged in an L-shape, as follows: - Open-plan kitchen off the living room (dining area, fireplace, bench seat) - Separate lounge (sofa, TV) - 3 interconnecting bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 180x200cm, TV, sofa), bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80x200cm). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessed via bedroom 1, but bedroom 2 can be accessed from the terrace.
Bedroom 3 can only be accessed from bedroom 2 - Separate bathroom (bath) - Utility room with storage (washing machine and tumble dryer) - Shower room - 2 separate WCs Everything is included: bed linen (beds made up), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
In front of the Holiday cottage: large courtyard for parking several vehicles (with shared charging station, extra charge). Private garden with plancha area, terrace with furniture (table, benches, deckchairs, sofa, parasol). Electric heating on the ground.
