At the gateway to the Aravis mountains, in a beautiful country house, discover a 2-storey gîte with spacious rooms and tasteful decor. The large, independent kitchen and comfortable living room provide the ideal setting for exploring the surrounding towns and mountains (Thônes, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand...) and, of course, Annecy with its famous lake and old town.

100m² Holiday cottage in a former farmhouse, adjoining the owners' dwelling and close to a second dwelling.
First floor: entrance hall with staircase to first floor, bathroom (bath, double washbasin, washing machine), separate kitchen (table, back with stools, terrace access).
First floor: living room with corner sofa, sofa and armchairs, coffee table, TV stand, small school desk.
Bedroom 1 with bed 160x200 cm, closet, en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC).
Bedroom 2 with 140x190 cm bed, sofa, closet.
Access to bedroom 3 via bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x200 cm can be moved closer together on request prior to arrival.

Wifi access. Bed linen provided, beds made. Linen supplied and bathroom linen provided.
Electric vehicle recharging point available at extra charge.
Independent access and private terrace. Parking in front of Holiday cottage in shared courtyard. Unlocked cellar available for bikes or skis. Noisy parties prohibited.
