In the heart of the Aravis Massif, opposite the ski slopes in winter and close to numerous hikes and walks in summer, self-contained gîte in the owners' chalet. South-facing. Access to the indoor pool of the owners' hotel opposite the chalet.

Located on the Col de la Croix Fry, between the village of Manigod and La Clusaz, 42m² gite (+ 14m² attic space) with separate entrance, on the 2nd floor of a chalet comprising the owners' accommodation and another gite (reference 160015). Fully equipped kitchen opening onto living room with access to balcony offering magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and ski slopes in winter. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm). Shower room with Italian shower, washing machine, separate WC. Bed linen and towels provided.
Bed linen and towels provided. South-facing terrace on the lower level of the gite with garden furniture and barbecue. Ski locker. Unlimited access to the indoor swimming pool (according to opening dates and times) at the owners' hotel opposite the chalet.
Activities: Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to La Clusaz ski area) on site, La Clusaz 8km away (all shops and numerous activities, access possible by shuttle bus in winter), Lake Annecy, beaches 27km away, Annecy 33km away. Numerous summer/winter hiking trails starting from the chalet.
