1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area, sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room), separate WC.
2nd floor: mezzanine with gaming room, bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm, can be made into a 160cm bed on request), bedroom 3 (2 beds 80x200cm, can be made into a 160cm bed on request), separate shower room (shower, WC).
On the first floor of the Chalet (access from outside): laundry/ski room leading to a Wellbeing area with shower and Sauna.
Bed linen included (beds made up), as well as bathrobes and towels. Wifi Internet access.
Balcony/terrace on 1st floor (2m x 15m) with garden furniture, armchairs, parasol. The Chalet is surrounded by large private grounds.
Electric heating on 1st floor (radiators on 2nd).
Parking in the courtyard, or in the shed (2 parking spaces, barbecue, bike storage).
Enclosed bicycle garage with 6 electric recharging points.
Horse owners: possibility of accommodating your horses from mid-May to mid-September, with water, tack, parking and tack room. Conditions available from owners.

Winter skiing: Morillon cable car 6.5km (10-minute drive). Morillon is part of the Grand-Massif ski area (linked resorts: Samoëns, Flaine and Les Carroz).
