In a quiet hamlet with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains, detached 81m² house on 2 levels. Ground floor (access by 4 steps): entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto dining room (access to balcony), living room (corner sofa bed). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 90x190cm). Lower level (garden level): Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, baby bed), shower room, separate WC. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue, balcony. Optional bed linen, payable on site to the owner. Kitchen towel and bathroom linen not provided. Cleaning to be done at end of stay (€75 deposit to be deposited on arrival). Lake Annecy (Doussard beaches) 16km, Thônes (all shops, entertainment) 13km, Albertville 25km, Annecy 33km. Numerous Hiking trails nearby. For our donkeys' Wellbeing and your safety, it is forbidden to approach or feed them.
