50m² gite on the first floor of the owner's chalet (lower part of the chalet) with magnificent views of the village and mountains.
Independent entrance. Access via the gîte's private terrace.
Kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, sofa), separate toilet.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room with Italian shower, washbasin on cabinet, washing machine), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80x200cm, can create a double bed on request, shower area + washbasin).
Wifi internet access. Bed linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Towels not provided.
Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, gas barbecue, parasol. Sloping ground to the front of the chalet.
Private parking for 1 car next to the gîte or at the rear of the chalet (roadside - 1st floor level).
Grand-Bornand village center 500m away on foot or by car. In Grand-Bornand: shops, restaurants, swimming pool, cross-country skiing, activities...
Shuttle bus stop 200m away. Chinaillon village 5 km away.
Ski: Grand-Bornand lifts (Le Rosay - La Joyère gondolas) 1km away. Possibility of cutting through the meadows in front of the gîte to go directly to the resort, depending on snow levels.
La Clusaz 7km, Thones 12km, Lac d'Annecy 26km. Annecy 32km. Numerous hikes starting from the gîte.

Joel Excellent in all aspects
The stay at Josiane and Jean Pierre’s place was delightful. The appartement has all modern (and very nez) conveniences, it is warm, very well arranged and, while not large, for a 4 people (or a family with 2 to 3 children) as the living room separates both rooms, each with its own shower.
Josiane and Jean Pierre are delightful, present and helpful without being in any way inconveniencing.
The flat is well situated, within 5’ walk to a shuttle stop which brings you down to the village and the ski lift in 10’ or so. Alternatively, it’s a 5’ drive.
I can’t recommend the stay enough. So much so that we’d be delighted to come again next year!

hdjas Un séjour tout confort et proche des pistes
Très agréable séjour chez Jean-Pierre et Josiane, dans un gîte très bien équipé, au calme avec accès facile aux pistes en voiture. La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable et vous fait sentir réellement à la montagne. Les propriétaires prennent bien soin d'échanger avec vous et de demander régulièrement si vous avez un besoin spécifique, et ils sont tous les deux extrêmement gentils et agréables. Un séjour qui donne envie de revenir en Haute-Savoie :) !

Nous venons de passer notre 3éme séjour dans ce gîte.
Josiane et Jean-Pierre sont très accueillants et toujours présent pour nous conseiller sur les visites à faire, tout en restant discrets. C'est toujours un plaisir d'échanger avec vous.
C'est un gîte très confortable, avec une très bonne literie, au calme, parfait pour se reposer, et une vue magnifique sur le Grand Bornand et les sommets enneigés.
