In a large property comprising a series of gîtes and the owners' home, 20m² gîte on the first floor (2 steps). Sleeps 2 to 3. Independent entrance via private terrace.
Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, 130 cm sofa-bed, TV) and sleeping area with 1 140 cm bed (curtain separating living room).
Bathroom with 1 washbasin, shower and toilet.
From the gîte, French windows (entrance door) open onto the private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. Barbecue. Large communal area with swing, table tennis and petanque area. Parking and courtyard.
Central heating. Shared washing machine. Ski/bike room.
Bed linen and towels for hire, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Gîte close to a busy road (linking Thônes to the Aravis resorts). Village of Thônes with all shops, services and restaurants 1.5km away. Numerous activities in and around Thones: via Ferrata, adventure trails, hiking, swimming pools, horse riding, fishing... Skiing: La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand resorts 10km away. Lake Annecy and its beaches 16km away, Annecy 21km.
