Independent Unusual Holiday cottage located in a 17m² caravan in the owners' enclosed grounds, close to their home and a second holiday cottage (Chalet Collet). Large plot close to the Forest, including landscaped areas with seating and a fenced pond.
Access by 4 steps via a small balcony. Entrance to main room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, pod coffee maker...) and living room with shepherd's table that folds away to transform the space into a small lounge. Wall-mounted TV, sofa and chair/stool for two.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Master bedroom with 140x190 cm bed, storage space, small wall-mounted TV. Second bedroom - cramped, for Kids only - with 2 Cot 80x190 cm bunk beds.
Bed linen provided, beds made. Linen supplied and bathroom linen provided. Wifi access, electric radiators.
Deposit to be paid exclusively by credit card imprint at time of booking or in cash - a receipt will be provided - on arrival.
Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer on request in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, limited to one use per week. Baby and ironing equipment available on request.
Beach and Château de Menthon 8 km, City of Annecy and old town center 10 km, Annecy-le-Vieux (Lake, shops, greenway...) 8 km. Thônes 10 km away. Aravis resorts (La Clusaz / Le Grand-Bornand) 22 km away. Geneva 47 km away.

gîte très agréable et original, avec un super accueil du propriétaire.
Le prix est peut-être excessif, mais dès que c'est original GDF impose ce tarif.
En cas de forte chaleur, éventuellement penser à fermer les volets avant l'arrivée des locataires.
Sinon très très bien.

Teddy Roulotte coup de cœur
Super séjour dans cette magnifique roulotte ! ?
L’accueil est vraiment au top : des hôtes adorables (mention spéciale pour Cookie), souriants et aux petits soins du début à la fin. On se sent directement à l’aise et en vacances.
La roulotte est canon, hyper cosy et totalement conforme aux photos — voire encore mieux en vrai ! Tout est propre, bien pensé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’ambiance est calme, chaleureuse et parfaite pour déconnecter.
Franchement, un petit cocon plein de charme où on se sent bien immédiatement.
Une super expérience qu’on recommande sans hésiter !

The owners and their dogs were very welcome, the property is very beautifully designed and decorated and the location is very convenient if you want to visit Annecy, the lake and/or the mountains in the surrounding area. un véritable dépaysement dans cette roulotte tout confort dans laquelle rien ne manque et où l'espace est joliment agencé.
Dans un environnement verdoyant agrémenté d'un beau petit étang, cette roulotte est au calme, avec vue sur les montagnes.
