94m2 single-storey gîte on the upper first floor of a renovated traditional farmhouse, which also includes another gîte (garden level) and owner's accommodation.
Entrance hall shared with the owner. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (bench seat, wood-burning stove), bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm, which can be made into a 180cm bed), bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which are bunk beds), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room with wc). Bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Private covered terrace with forest table. Shared garden with children's play area. Wifi Internet access. Bed linen provided. Ski racks (shared hall).
Communal parking lot and 1 private covered parking space, with access to the gîte via a gentle slope. Combloux ski area 100m away. Hiking and snowshoeing trails on site. Combloux village center, biotope lake (summer swimming) 3.8km away. Town of Sallanches 9km.
Megève 7km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 34km. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 14km. Chains recommended in winter.

GBx Que du bien et que du beau
Comme panorama sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc, il n’y a pas mieux et comme chalet c’est typiquement ce qu’on attend. Ajoutez y un accueil sympa et pas envahissant et vous aurez une recette de vacances réussies

Remirh Très agréable séjour
Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec des vues magnifiques sur le massif du Mont Blanc. Logement très calme, lumineux et très bien équipé. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et sympathique. Vraiment un très bel endroit pour passer des vacances au milieu de la nature.

Charles Superbe semaine
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 amis. Le chalet est très beau, avec une jolie cheminée et tout le comfort et le matériel pour s’organiser de bons repas !
Magnifique vue sur le Mont Blanc en primeJe recommande !
