Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a recent residence on the heights of St-Gervais, 400m from the village, this renovated 20m2 studio apartment offers stunning views of the mountains and Arve valley. Living room (140cm sofa bed), fitted kitchen, mountain corner in entrance hall with 2 90cm bunk beds, shower room/WC. West-facing balcony with panoramic views. End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out or paid for on site. A cleaning deposit equal to the amount of the cleaning package (i.e. €40) will be required on arrival (returned if cleaning is done / cashed in if not done properly). Parking space, ski locker. Shuttles to ski resort and village center on site. Ski area: Bettex cable car 1.5km away. St-Gervais-Le Fayet thermal baths 4km away. Mt Blanc tramway at 400m. Non-smoking gite.

Amicaux Pause sportive hivernale
Excellent accueil de Justine qui n’est pas la propriétaire. La banquette ne se déplie plus correctement et est à changer. Des plats en verre pour le micro-ondes et de nouveaux ustensiles, sets neufs seraient les bienvenus, car les objets comme les êtres s’usent avec l’âge.

Il y a vraiment tout dans ce petit appartement avec une belle vue.
Il y a 4 couchages mais je recommande un maximum de 3 adultes

Avons passé une bonne semaine a St Gervais avec neige et soleil. Petit studio pas plus de 2 personnes mais bien agencé ,calme ,près du centre ville ,arret navette gratuite devant la résidence ,tramway du Mt Blanc au bout de la rue .Très bon accueil de Faustine

Moon Studio magnifique
Gite très bien situé au calme mais proche des commerces . Bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Le bois avec ses moulures et la déco donne vraiment un cachet au studio . Ne convient que pour 2 prs .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. a vue du balcon est incroyable. Saint-Gervais est une belle ville et un excellent lieu de séjour, tout est à disposition à pied.
