This Holiday cottage (84m² + 13m² attic space) has been fitted out as a triplex in an atmosphere blending wood and contemporary design.
First floor: entrance hall, access to 1st floor by private elevator or stairs.
1st floor: kitchen opening onto living room opening onto wooden terrace with lounge, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190), bathroom (Italian shower, washbasin, wc).
2nd floor: 2nd living room (corner sofa, 2 alcove beds 90), small attic bedroom 2 (1 bed 160 or 2 twin beds 80), shower room, separate toilet. Land to the rear of the house, private garage. Central heating. Air-conditioning.
Bed linen provided.
Assistance dogs accepted for disabled guests. Other small dogs on request.
Small village of Vallières (shops, restaurants...) 1km away, Rumilly (all shops and activities) 5km away, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy 25km away. Numerous Hiking trails nearby and starting from the Holiday cottage.
