Between Lake Geneva and Portes du Soleil, on the Plateau de Gavot, former farmhouse comprising a semi-detached Holiday cottage (85 m2) on the 1st floor and the owners' accommodation.
Kitchen, living room, wood-burning stove, separate toilet with washbasin.
2nd floor: Bedroom 1 (3 beds 90x190cm), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm), shower room with 2nd toilet.
Small balcony-terrace, garden. Bed linen provided, Beds made on arrival. Electric heating.
Beautiful view of the mountains.
Bernex ski area 10 km, Portes du Soleil, Chatel 25 km. Lake Geneva and the spa towns of Evian and Thonon 10 km away. Cité de l'Eau d'Amphion 10 km away. Vallée d'Abondance nearby.

Edouard Excellent séjour au Pré Baudet
Gite très bien situé à moins de 20 minutes d'Evian et à 10 minutes de la station de ski Bernex.
Patricia est une hôte très agréable et accueillante. Elle a solutionné notre problématique de WiFi très rapidement (un grand merci).
Le gite est "nickel" (propre étant trop faible), refait en 2025 avec beaucoup de goût.
Les enfants furent sous le charme de Will (le chat).

Ceidole Séjour au calme
Le gîte est spacieux et très bien aménagé et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Parfait pour se reposer tout en ayant les commodités à proximité.
