The chalet is part of a complex of 14 chalets with parking, garage and tennis court. The gîte adjoins a second home.
Beautiful views of the Rochebrune massif and the Praz-Sur-Arly valley.
Independent entrance from a few outside steps:
Raised ground floor (main level): living room (fireplace, sofa, Tv), integrated kitchenette (small surface area), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Access to the lower level of the chalet (garden level), via an inside staircase (steep), or from the outside (summer): bedroom 2 (1 bed 1 140x190cm), hallway with built-in storage, bathroom (bath, wc), giving access to a laundry/technical room.
Ceiling height on lower level is 2 meters.
1st floor: open-plan mezzanine (2 beds 80x190cm), giving access to a very attic bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm).
Sheets and towels available for hire. Wifi internet access.
Private closed garage in basement, 80m from chalet. Tennis court and condominium parking 80m away. Unloading possible in front of the chalet (except in winter from 01/12 to 01/05).
The Megève/Praz-Sur-Arly road is about 60m below the chalet.
Megève town center 2km away (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, casino, and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, skating rink, wellness area, etc.).
Skiing 2km away in winter (Jaillet gondola, Chamois gondola). Praz-Sur-Arly ski area 3.5km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 16km away.
In summer: swim facing Mont Blanc at the Combloux biotope lake 7km away, or Lac de Flumet 10km.
Numerous hiking trails nearby in all seasons.
Chamonix 45 minutes away by car, Lake Annecy 1h00.
