41m2 Holiday cottage on the ground floor of a chalet-style house, with owner's accommodation upstairs. The gîte has its own independent entrance and access: Kitchenette open onto living room (TV, sofa bed, sleeping area with 2 beds 80x190cm), Bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), Bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. Possibility of completely closing off the sleeping area from the rest of the living room (sliding half-walls). Wifi Internet access. Ski room (small mazot). Private garden with forest table, parasol, deckchair and barbecue. Private parking in the courtyard. Bed linen included (beds made on arrival). In the event of the presence of a pet, subscription to the housekeeping option is compulsory. 100m from the gîte: Mont-d'Arbois cable car (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area), shops and golf course (driving range, 18-hole course). In summer and winter, free shuttle to the center of Megève 100m away. Megeve center 3km by car or 1/4 hour walk along the Chemin du Calvaire. In winter, a footpath starts on site to reach Côte 2000. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 35km away. Numerous Hiking trails nearby in summer.
