Completely renovated 52 m² gîte located in a residential area of Bonneville with views of the surrounding mountains (Pointe d'Andey, Môle...). Garden-level apartment in a townhouse with the owners' living quarters upstairs.
Entrance into fully-equipped kitchen with dining table for 3 (dishwasher, washing machine). Separate living room with rapido sofa, connected TV, dining table for 4 and access to terrace. Bathroom with bath (shower screen), vanity-mounted washbasin and wall-hung WC. Laundry area with cleaning equipment and tumble dryer. Bedroom with 140x190 cm trunk bed, built-in closet.
Electric heating. Dining table and garden furniture in front of the gîte, gas barbecue. Level access from shared parking lot in front of gîte. Automatic gated access to parking area. Landscaped garden in front of the gîte. Chickens in the garden. Baby equipment available on request. Ski/bike room available.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning optional.

ST Un exemple à suivre
Nous ne connaissions pas la région et avons trouvé ce gîte par hasard en consultant le site de Gîtes de France, pour nous garant de fiabilité et d'absence de mauvaises surprises. Effectivement, nous partageons les avis positifs des autres usagers ayant loué ce logement : les photos publiées correspondent bien à la réalité. C'est ultra propre, en très bon état, rien ne manque dans les prestations auxquelles on peut prétendre et, pour couronner le tout, les propriétaires sont souriants, accueillants et on sent chez eux la volonté de servir au mieux leurs locataires. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente et recommandons les yeux fermés cette adresse.

cath49 Séjour à Bonneville en Mai 2025
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le gite est parfait et fonctionnel et il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé à proximité d'une boulangerie, d'un tabac et d'une pharmacie. Amandine et son conjoint sont des personnes très sympathiques, nous les remercions pour l'accueil.
