In an unspoilt, panoramic setting, renovated former alpine chalet with 3 other gîtes upstairs (each with its own access).
Gîte with independent access (98m2) arranged on the same level on the first floor: entrance hall, kitchen (wood-burning stove+wood supplied), large living room with second kitchen (2 convertible sofas, TV dining area).
Two interconnecting bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 bunk beds 90cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 bunk beds 90cm).
Two shower rooms, 2 separate toilets. Wifi Internet access. Shared washing machine with token system (2 tokens offered per stay, €3 per additional token), electric heating. Car parking in front of the gîte (shelter for 2 cars).
Courtyard, large shared flat plot with children's games, table and chairs. Table tennis. Petanque court.
Local winter skiing: Praz-De-Lys/Sommand ski area (55km of pistes, 23 lifts).
On the Praz-de-Lys plateau 9km away (Col de la Ramaz): cross-country skiing, paragliding, shops (open only in season).
Numerous hikes depart from the gîte. Please bring snow equipment in winter.
