63m2 single-storey Holiday cottage in a restored farmhouse, including 2 other Holiday cottages (upstairs), and the owners' accommodation with its own independent access.
Entrance shared with the 2 other Holiday cottages.
First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Underfloor heating.
Small south-facing terrace with garden furniture, west-facing balcony, shared ground below with forest table and deckchairs.
Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival).
Communal parking lot 20m from the house (access by steps).
Shared cellar (ski and bike storage). Lake Annecy, beaches, cycle path 12km away, Annecy old town 14km away. Hiking at Parmelan (nearby), or on the Glières site 19km away.
Shops 2.5km away (village center). Aravis ski area 30km away (35 minutes): La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand. Geneva and airport 40 minutes away.

Reposant Un petit coin de paradis
Magnifique gîte dans un endroit calme et paisible. Très belle vue. On a pu assister à des départs de montgolfières et de très beaux couchers de soleil.Idéal pour décompresser et se ressourcer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets. Le gîte est très propre. Nous y retournerons.

Fred Très beau gite
Très bon acceuil avec une bte de vin de Savoie au frais.gite exceptionnel par l'équipement de la cuisine. Beaucoup de matériel de très bonne qualité. Rien ne manque. Literie tres confortable.
Nous etions au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. De ce fait 1 petite terrasse et 1 balcon.- Cleanliness

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre gîte et notre région. Aujourd'hui la piscine n'est pas incluse dans la location des gîtes. L'accès n'étant pas sécurisé pour l'instant, il ne sera possible qu'avec l'accord des propriétaires.
