Gîte of 50 m² fitted out on the 1st floor: fitted kitchen with dining table and television. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190cm, television), bedroom 3 communicating with bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet with washbasin. Central heating. Private balcony, terrace and garden shared by the 2 gites (1 garden furniture per gite), Deckchairs, barbecue. Washing machine. Shared ski/bike room.

Alpine skiing on site with 24 lifts and 84 km of slopes, 4 groomed pedestrian and snowshoe trails in the old village of Chinaillon. Nordic skiing at 7km in Grand-Bornand village with 70 km of slopes.
