Entryway with closet, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace. 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (2 single beds, 90x200 cm, which can be pushed together to form a double bed, and a bathroom with toilet), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 160x200 cm), Bedroom 3 (2 beds, 90x190 cm), small Bedroom 4 with 2 bunk beds, 90x190 cm. Shower room, separate toilet.
From the kitchen, living room, or bedroom 1, access to the large terrace with a view of the Mountains. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs.

Skiing: Quick access to the ski lifts of the Chinaillon–Le Grand-Bornand ski area (200m on foot) via the elevator at the tourist office, located 100m from the holiday cottage. Resort center, shops, and restaurants on site. Ski bus stop on-site (shuttles connecting Chinaillon to the center of Le Grand-Bornand village during the tourist season). Numerous summer and winter activities in Le Grand-Bornand (Ice rink, Piscine, Golf, etc.). Walks and hikes in the nearby Aravis Mountains.
