In a large family chalet facing the Aravis mountains and ski slopes in winter, spacious 109m² gite on 1st floor with elevator. The chalet includes 3 shops on the first floor (hairdresser, photographer, pizzeria) and 4 other apartments.
Entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace. 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm that can be twinned to create a double bed, shower room with wc), bedroom 2 (1 double bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), small bedroom 4 with 2 bunk beds 90x190cm. Shower room, separate toilet.
From the kitchen, living room or bedroom 1, access to the large terrace with mountain views. Garden furniture, deckchairs.
1 private underground parking space. Bed linen provided. Linen available for hire.
Ski: quick access to the Chinaillon - Le Grand-Bornand ski area (200m walk) via the elevator at the Maison du Tourisme, 100m from the gite. Resort center, shops and restaurants on site. Skibus shuttle stop on site (shuttles linking Chinaillon to Grand-Bornand village center during tourist season). Numerous summer and winter activities in Grand-Bornand (ice rink, swimming pool, golf, etc.). Walks and hikes in the nearby Aravis mountains.
Thônes 20km, Lac d'Annecy (swimming, beaches) 32km, Annecy 40km.

Mathilde Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis avec nos enfants en bas âge. L’appartement est très bien agencé et spacieux, si bien que nous ne nous sommes jamais marchés dessus. La localisation est idéale au pied des commerces et restaurants, et 5-10 min de marche pour accéder aux pistes

Kristelle Super séjour au Chinaillon
Séjour très agréable pour ce weekend prolongé au coeur du village du Chinaillon.
L'accueil était super et la superficie de l'appartement ainsi que son emplacement en font un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille en été comme en hiver.

Family5 Vacances au top
Superbe semaine au Grand Bornand Chinaillon.
Très bel accueil de la propriétaire avec un petit présent, très gentille et de bons conseils pour les visites. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Appartement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse et salon de jardin, placé au dessus d'une pizzeria, d'une coiffeuse et photographe.
Emplacement top : au centre du Chinaillon, à 100m de l'office du tourisme, du cinéma et du sherpa. Un ascenseur est également mis en service derrière l'office du tourisme pour descendre à la petite supérette Vival (propriétaire très sympathique). Des WC publics ouverts également.
Un arrêt de bus avec une navette gratuite qui vous descend au Grand-Bornand Village en 20min. Bcp d'arrêts rapprochés top. Et bien sûr bcp de restaurants autour de la location ainsi que des petits commerces cadeaux, produits locaux...
Pas d'inquiétude quand à la location qui est placé au dessus d'une pizzeria : pas d'odeurs.
Nous avons pu également admirer le beau feu d'artifice depuis la terrasse de l'appartement.
