Just a few minutes from Annecy, in a quiet residential area, Brice and Fanny and their 2 young sons Tom and Léo welcome you to their house, which is perfectly equipped to offer you all the amenities of a modern, comfortable guest house. 3 tastefully decorated rooms that will take you on a journey to the Seychelles, Africa or Scandinavia.
Private bathroom in each guest room. Rooms 1 and 2 for 2 people, room 3 for up to 4 people (comprising two independent/communicating rooms and a shower room).
Games/reading area with armchairs/storage for guests' private use located between rooms. Communal living room on the first floor with shared TV, large sofa and wood-burning stove, terrace with garden offering multiple areas accessible according to the season (table, outdoor lounge, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue...).
Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the Gllum is cool dining room on the first floor. Available: kettle/courtesy tray in each room, coffee maker on the first floor, microwave (owner's kitchen). Washing machine and dryer available. Independent access via entrance hatch with WC. Baby equipment, petanque games, skittles... available on request. Parking directly in front of the house. Garage available for bikes/motorbikes.
Table d'hôtes: 28€/adult (14€ from 8 to 14 years old and 10€ from 3 to 8 years old) only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
A reservation for 2 is possible in the family room at the price of a single room if the other rooms are already rented (room 1 (19.2 m²) is available).
Annecy center 5 km, Aix Les Bains, Lac du Bourget and Thermes (fitness center) 33 km. Semnoz ski area 20 km, Geneva 45 km.
