Just a few minutes from Annecy, in a quiet residential area, Brice and Fanny and their 2 young sons Tom and Léo welcome you to their house, which is perfectly equipped to offer you all the amenities of a modern, comfortable guest house. 3 tastefully decorated rooms that will take you on a journey to the Seychelles, Africa or Scandinavia.
Private bathroom in each guest room. Rooms 1 and 2 for 2 people, room 3 for up to 4 people (comprising two independent/communicating rooms and a shower room).
Games/reading area with armchairs/storage for guests' private use located between rooms. Communal living room on the first floor with shared TV, large sofa and wood-burning stove, terrace with garden offering multiple areas accessible according to the season (table, outdoor lounge, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue...).
Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the Gllum is cool dining room on the first floor. Available: kettle/courtesy tray in each room, coffee maker on the first floor, microwave (owner's kitchen). Washing machine and dryer available. Independent access via entrance hatch with WC. Baby equipment, petanque games, skittles... available on request. Parking directly in front of the house. Garage available for bikes/motorbikes.
Table d'hôtes: 28€/adult (14€ from 8 to 14 years old and 10€ from 3 to 8 years old) only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
A reservation for 2 is possible in the family room at the price of a single room if the other rooms are already rented (room 1 (19.2 m²) is available).
Annecy center 5 km, Aix Les Bains, Lac du Bourget and Thermes (fitness center) 33 km. Semnoz ski area 20 km, Geneva 45 km.

Un Hôte très accueillant qui prend le temps pour ses convives sans être envahissant
Une maison spacieuse, accessible aux convives, propre, avec un bon feu de poêle à bois.
Une literie de très bonne qualité, un livret d’accueil parfait et mention spéciale pour un petit déjeuner excellent, avec des produits maison ou locaux de qualité

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Räumlichkeit ist sehr großzügig, hell und blitzsauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und standen uns jederzeit für unsere Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir waren im Zimmer Afrika untergebracht, mit getrenntem Bad und separatem WC. Alles neu und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet- sehr gute Matratze. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut.

Olwen Super séjour !
Super séjour avec mes grands-parents. Nous avons pu bénéficier de la chambre familial qui permet de garder son intimité tout en gardant un œil sur la chambre d'à coté. Mon grand-père a des troubles de la mémoire et ce logement était parfaitement adapté et sécurisé. Il faut pouvoir monter les escaliers. L'accueil par Brice et sa compagne était chaleureux.
