Communal ground below with forest table and deckchairs. Bed linen provided. Communal parking 20m from the house (access by steps).
Shared cellar (ski and bike storage). Lake Annecy, beaches and cycle paths 12km away, Annecy old town 14km. Hiking at Parmelan (nearby), or on the Glières site 19km away.
Shops 2.5km away (village center). In winter: Aravis ski area 30km away (35 minutes): La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand. Geneva airport 40 minutes away.
