Independent 70m² Holiday cottage on two levels of a chalet built in 2018 near the owners' accommodation. Private terrace, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue.
Entrance via the Holiday cottage terrace on level 0 of the Holiday cottage (level 1 from the road, accessed by a wooden staircase directly from the parking area).
First floor: entrance hall with shoe-removal area under the stairs, fitted kitchen and bright dining area with large panoramic windows, living room (two sofas, TV, coffee table...). Bathroom with walk-in shower, stone washbasin, WC and washing machine. Upstairs (attic, access via comfortable staircase) two bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x200cm, closet with storage, armchair), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, chest of drawers). Separate WC with washbasin. Sheets and towels available for hire. Housekeeping included.
Wifi Internet and TV connected to fiber optics. Snow equipment recommended in winter. Parking below the accommodation with sheltered, enclosed storage area (bikes, etc.). Access by local road at the foot of the Holiday cottage.
Shops in Faverges 5km, or Thônes 16km. Ski: Aravis resorts (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz or Manigod - Col de la Croix Fry) 27km, Lake Annecy shore at Doussard 12km. Annecy 28km away. Golf de Giez 9km. Numerous walks nearby.
