Bed linen provided, bed (s) made (s) on your arrival. Parking 150 m, 1st free parking spaces at 1 km. Cottage in pedestrian area but possible access front of the building every morning until 11: 00. All shops, activities, dining options on-site. TRAIN station 400 m, track cycling (edge of the Lake) and Lake 600 m, 1st beaches at 1.5 km. Ski: Semnoz 15km, La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand (Aravis) 32km.

Excellent Flat
This is a lovely flat. It’s in a great location , an easy walk to Annecy old town and the lake and a short walk to the Rail and Bus Station. All the arrangements to arrive and leave with the owners worked smoothly. The flat is in a quiet position and is very comfortable with good cafes , food shops and restaurants nearby and 3 days a week there is an excellent food market a very short walk away. The owners were warm and welcoming. We would throughly recommend this flat.
