Kitchen opening onto living room, Rapido sofa (sleeps 140x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room/wc. Wooden terrace 15m² and garden, garden furniture. Central heating. Sheets and baby equipment available for hire. Summer: biotope lake 300m away. Ideal for tobogganing in winter with children. Combloux or Megève ski area 3km away. Free shuttle bus 300m away. Marked trails, mountain biking, sleigh rides 300m away. Megève sports center 5km away (swimming pool, heritage, tennis). Gite not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pets not allowed.
