In Mont-Blanc country: charming 21m2 studio in chalet style facing the Mont-Blanc massif and the Aiguilles de Warens.
The gîte is located in a quiet area between Sallanches and Combloux, on the garden level of the owner's house.
Independent entrance, on one level from the terrace.
Kitchenette opening onto living room (Tv, rapido sofa-bed offering a comfortable 140x190cm bed), bathroom (small bath, wc).
Bed linen included. On-site parking (courtyard in front of chalet). Electric underfloor heating.
Garden, private terrace with table and 2 chairs, parasol, deckchairs.
Sallanches 3km away. Combloux village center and biotope lake 2.5km away (summer bathing facing Mont-Blanc, wellness area).
Combloux ski area 5km (parking la Cry-Cuchet). Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 4.5km (Princesse gondola).
Megeve 7km (15-minute drive): sports center, golf course, casino. St-Gervais thermal baths 10km away.

Blandine est une hôte très accueillante.
L’emplacement face au Mont Blanc est superbe.
L’appartement est certes petit car il s’agit d’un studio mais très bien équipé.

orlando Magnifique point de vue
Le cadre est superbe, vu sur le mont blanc... Mais le lit canapé pliant est inconfortable et bruyant dès qu'on bouge un peu.

Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour vous ait plu malgré le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre séparée. Nous avons aménagé notre studio du mieux possible et nous sommes toujours à l'écoute de nos clients. Nous serons vigilants sur les retours de nos clients concernant le canapé (changé à l'automne 2023). Nous vous souhaitons un bel automne.

Guy 71 Petit gîte sympathique et vue imprenable
Très beau contact avec la propriétaire. Un petit gîte bien aménagé, très propre, avec le nécessaire. Une vue directe sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. C'est très calme et on se sent bien, ici. A 2.5 km de là, le centre-ville de Combloux offre de nombreuses distractions et départs de sentiers de randonnée. De très bons petits restaurants qui proposent essentiellement une cuisine authentique avec des mets locaux.
