The gîte is on the 1st floor of the owner's house.
Entrance is shared (common hall). Kitchen opening onto dining area, living room with TV, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Small south-facing balcony/terrace facing the mountains (Memises), with garden furniture.
Possibility of renting bed linen.
Lac Léman, thermal baths and Evian-Les-Bains 11 km away. Skiing: Thollon 2Km or Bernex 10km. Shuttles available during school vacations. Numerous hikes close to the gîte in summer.

Stephanie Superbe séjour!
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine cet appartement et avons eu un coup de cœur pour Thollon les memises, village de montagne authentique avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac Leman depuis la station. L’appartement est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes, très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci pour son accueil à Françoise la propriétaire qui est charmante. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Petite précision : en hiver avec les équipements de ski il faut prendre la voiture ou le bus pour rejoindre le parking de la télécabine, mais ce n’est pas un problème car on trouve de la place- Cleanliness

Christine Très agréable
Sejour très agréable au calme entre lac et montagne. Belles vues sur les Memises et aussi le lac Leman. Région riche en découvertes nature, terroir et traditions. Logement confortable, propre. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.
